How to use this chart:

  1. $10,000: invested at 5% for 8 years is 1.477 x $10,000 = $14,770

  2. $10,000: $6,000 invested at 10% and $4,000 invested at 4% for 5 years is (1.611 x $6,000) + (1.217 x $4,000) = $9,666 + $5,217 = $14,883

  3. $10,000: invested at 15% for 3 years is 1.521 x $10,000 = $15,210 then at 2% for 2 years is 1.040 x $15,210 = $15,8184
